The scope of Rental Law includes disputes between the lessee and the lessor. The leased thing may be a movable or an immovable. In the Code of Obligations, which includes the lease regulations, a distinction is made for movables and immovables, and differences are also made in terms of whether the leased thing is a residence or a roofed workplace.
